Since we're just getting started, I think we'll all set up a meeting together to discuss each team member's role and the overall goals of the project. Since everyone usually operates in their area-Marcus in IT, Jose in Finance, and Kelsey in Sales-I think I'll switch it up to get new perspectives and have Marcus look at the finances, Jose think about sales, and Kelsey focus on IT.
