I have question I need help with. 1. leslie works as an administrative assistant and a customer Mr. Bronson indicated that he purchased season tickets. After checking on the computer she noticed the tickets were returned a whilee back. Mr. Bronson is angry and insist on sitting in his original seats. How should Leslie handle this situation.

Hello! According to this scenario Leslie needs to act according to policy. In the most polite way that she can she should show the customer the information and state the consequences. If this fails to work she should bring in her manager/supervisor to the situation.
