I just solved this
another way
distributive propery
a(b+c)=ab+ac
90>-9(w+3)
distribute -9
-9(w+3)=-9w-27
now we have
90>-9w-27
add 27 to both sides
90+27>-9w+27-27
117>-9w
divide both sides by -9 and don't forget to flip relation symbol
-13<w
w>-13
any number from -13 and up is ossible
