The Environmental Protection Act is comprises of an objective of providing protection and improvement of the environment.
It leads to the empowerment of the Government to establish authorities who are charge of the mandate of preventing environmental pollution in all its forms and to tackle specific environmental problems.
In the US, the Congress has to pass an order for the implementation of a law leading the establishment of the protection act.
Then, the respective Environmental Protection Agency establishes it own suitable state and local compliance legislation.
