I had this exact same question on one of my tests a few years back.... The answer is d since it states that they have the same customs and lan guage indicating a common wthnic group and they also pray 5 times a day and read the same holy book incating a common religious group as well. Based of off this we can eliminate A and B right off the bat as they do not reflect this. Then the question tells us that they have different types of governments as yussef votes in election while omar has a king which means that they live in different countries since each country has a different form of government making the only plausible answer d through the process of elimination.
