For the America's, disease rapidly killed many native Americans in the masses because they where not yet immune to them. Africa was immune to some European disease because of trade with India. Europe did not suffer as bad from any diseases from America or Africa. I think that's a good answer :)

  • Europe spread disease in the New World, which led to the decline of the entire old civilizations.
  • The majority of the Native Americans died with coming connecting with malaria, smallpox, cholera, measles, scarlet fever, etc.
  • Europe was immune to these diseases, which spread to America.
  • Africa remain unaffected by disease because it had trading relations before with India and Roman Empire.

Therefore we can conclude that the arrival of European affected America, which led to the decline of the population of Natives.
