From what I can find, NCLB heavily relies on AYP, school choice and especially standardized testing. However is a school cannot meet their AYP minimums for 2 or 3 years straight they have to supply free after school programs to struggling students to help improve the schools AYP and Standardized testing scores.  If the school also fails to meet their minimums they also provide school choice, the student/family has a choice to move to higher preforming local schools.
