Imagine that you live in Maine. Currently there is a high-pressure are over Maine. If a low- pressure are moves in, how will the direction of the wind change?

Respuesta :

A high-pressure system next to a low-pressure system will cause wind direction to flow clockwise and outward toward a low-pressure system. The low-pressure system is what causes air direction to flow counterclockwise and inward.
This will cause the wind to move in a clockwise motion.
