y = (2/3)*x-1 // - (2/3)*x-1

y-((2/3)*x)+1 = 0

(-2/3)*x+y+1 = 0

y-2/3*x+1 = 0 // - y+1

-2/3*x = -(y+1) // : -2/3

x = (-(y+1))/(-2/3)

x = 3/2*(y+1)

x = 3/2*(y+1)
