Say, for example, a colored Caribbean person lived in the United States during the 1960s-90s. How would they have been treated/lived?

Well, I think that they would have been treaded badly. I think that the way that they would have been treated was not so good, because they would have been trying to do things that they were not supposed to do. I think I have no clue.
