Does the right side feeling uncomfortable and a bit achy mean it’s anything serious? I’ve had this for a bit and I’ve gotten over 5 tests including Blood, x-ray, stool test, urine, and etc and everything came back normal. (Before I even took the tests I had the same thing)

I’m just worried.. and i’m a bit underweight so maybe that’s why :/
