Michael Afton, also known by the nickname Eggs Benedict, is the protagonist of the video game Five Nights at Freddy's: Sister Location and Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria Simulator.
His death of him is seen in the last minigame, in which his appearance is changed. In the final part of the game, his body has a spasm and he regurgitates Ennard's remains in the sewer.
He subsequently falls to the ground, presumably dead and the player hears Circus Baby's voice repeating you shall not die.
