Body-building is an activity that includes a lifestyle that is based on increasing the size of muscles. This activity requires extreme hard work and daily dedication towards performing extensive exercises and lifting weights. The people involved in this activity have the same end goal of increasing their muscle size. Thus society has grouped people with similar interests and hobbies into different status groups, one of which is body-building.
