It is not a part of the order or the item by itself. Similar to ORDER 123, which orders 6000 washers. Once more, this information solely pertains to that specific order and item combination.
Since it only makes sense in the context of the particular logical relationship, this type of data is known as intersection data. Because various quantities are ordered for each item in ORDER 123, the quantity of an item could not be stored in that section.
