Let's solve the area of each triangle:
A = 1/2(bh)
A = 1/2(12*10)
A = 1/2(120)
A = 60
A = 60ft per each triangle. There are 4 triangles
4(60) = 240ft
Save that value for later.
Volume of square = s^2
V = 10^2
V = 100
100+240 = 340 ft.
