Show of force, for they weren't actually fighting, but just showing off 'how strong their military is" so that they can get allies that make them even stronger.
It is not blitzkrieg, for blitzkrieg is the adopted plan by the Nazis in WW2 during the 1930s that called a combined tank, airplane, trucks, and soldiers to quickly rush through the enemy lines while they were unprepared, and so take them by surprise, and quickly suppress them.
