The surface area of the square pyramid is 8.8.
1. Find Area of Triangles

Find height using Pythagorean Theorem
0.3^2 + b^2= 7^2
0.09 +b^2= 49
B^2= 48.91
B=6.994

Number of sides( base)(height)(1/2)
4(1/2)(0.6)(6.994)= 8.3928

2. Find Area of Square
0.6(0.6)=0.36

3. Add everything together

8.3928+0.36=8.7528

I hope I helped :)
