Cyclohexane is represented as with an hexagonal shape.

1,2 dimethyl means that one CH3- group is attached to the carbon number one of the ring,  and other CH3CH2- group is attached to the carbon number two.

4-ethyl means that one CH3CH2- group is attached to the carbon number four of the ring.

So, following IUPAC nomeclature rules, your product should look like:
