To answer this, let's first take a look at the characteristics of a mechanized system as according to Black's Law Dictionary. First, it has highly centralized authority which means that it is hierachical and bureaucratic. Second, it has formal SOP's and third, it encourages specialized functions. Above, we can see strong bureaucracy because Lena doesn't even interact with her GM and we can see that she only does two things, input order and take payment which is specialization. Having two out of three characteristics present (because the last one can't be proven), we can say that this, this is an exampke of a mechanistic organization.
