There are 3 types of audience analysis – demographic, psychological and situational. Francisco sends his audience a survey containing demographic questions so obviously, he used the demographic method to assess them.  Demographic information includes gender, age, marital status, race, and socioeconomic status. From there, he will know what approach he will use to catch their attention when he speaks.
