Stalking and pedifilia, and if is talking to her while following her he is also guilty of harassment.

This man is guilty of sexual harassment and stalking with sexual predatory behavior and also pedophilia. He is trying to engage, possibly sexually, with a 15 yr old girl who is legally underage and considered a minor. As he is a 20 yr old man this would be considered a crime and he can be arrested for harassment and soliciting a minor.
