wear goggles, tie up long hair if you have it, do not deeply smell anything in the lab, wear gloves if needed, listen to teacher, inform teacher if a spill occurs, no horse-playing, no ingesting chemicals, always know where the fire blanket fire extinguisher and eyewash station are located at all times. hope this helps :)
