Respuesta :

The French and Indian War occurred because France and England competed for land and power. In Quebec, Canada the war is known as Intercolononial Wars. The war was fought between Great Britain (Spaniard and Dutch) forces and France. They both had respective colonies in America that caused Native Americans to be involved with the war as well.

This event happened between the years, 1754-1763. It was a 7-year conflict dwelling on the desire of both parties to control the interior territories of America together with the region around Hudson Bay. Both areas were essential for fur trade, a worldwide industry that deals with the sale of animal fur.
