Your answer = 20.
Sense the bigger angle would be 70 times bigger, and there sum would be 90, 20 + 7 would be 7 times bigger which would be 20 + 70 = 90°
.

Let x represent the unknown angle
17 times the unknown is 17x
17x + x = 90
18x = 90
